Refunds and cancellation

Short version: try it free first, and if you paid for something you did not get the use of, ask and we will refund it.

The free trial

No card, no charge. When it ends, Brass CRM becomes read-only until you buy a licence. Everything you entered stays on your computer, and carries on as it was once you buy.

Not renewing

Licences do not renew by themselves, so there is nothing to cancel. If you do not renew, the program becomes read-only when the licence ends, and your records stay on your computer for as long as you keep them.

Refunds

• Within fifteen days of paying: write to us and we refund in full. The licence is cancelled, and the program becomes read-only at its next check-in.
• A yearly licence you stop using part-way: we refund the unused whole months.
• Paid twice, or paid the wrong amount: refunded in full as soon as we spot it or you tell us.

How long it takes

We start a refund within two working days of agreeing it. Your bank then takes up to ten working days, which is out of our hands.

Your data

Refund or not, your records are on your own computer and stay there. You can export them to a spreadsheet at any time, even from a read-only copy.

Asking

Write to us from the email address on your account and say what you want refunded. A person reads it.
