Brass CRM goes on a Windows 10 or 11 computer. Download it there.

Installing, step by step

   Step 1

   If the browser asks about the file, press “Keep”.

   The file is safe. Browsers ask about every new program.

   Step 2

   If a blue box comes up, press “More info”, then “Run anyway”.

   Windows shows this box for new programs.
3. 3

   Step 3

   Brass CRM asks if staff phones may open it. Press “Yes, allow”, then press “Yes” when Windows asks.

   This lets staff phones on the office Wi-Fi open Brass CRM. The Windows box may say “Network Command Shell”. That is fine.
4. 4

   Step 4

   Brass CRM opens by itself. Pick your language, then type your business name and the code from our email.

   It then shows an emergency code. Write it on paper and keep the paper safe.
